Easy Chicken POT Pie

Nothing quite says “comfort food” like homemade chicken pot pie, and nothing makes chicken pot pie better than real pot.


2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast
1 Tbsp cannabutter or infused cooking oil
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled & diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 cup whole milk
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) melted cannabutter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly saute the chopped onion and carrots in the cannabutter/cooking oil over medium heat until tender-crisp.

Add frozen peas, chicken, cream of chicken, chicken broth, Old Bay and pepper. Mix well and pour into a greased 9-inch glass pie pan.

Stir together the bisquick and milk and pour over the casserole. Drizzle melted cannabutter over the top and bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
