These cookies are a quick and easy treat to make, and infusing them with cannabis will take your experience to a whole new level!
1 ½ cups quick-cooking oats
½ cup flaked coconut
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup milk
¼ cup (half stick) cannabutter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
In medium bowl combine oats, coconut and walnuts; set aside.
In medium saucepan combine sugar, milk, cannabutter, and cocoa. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in oats mixture and peanut butter. Quickly drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
